WORKING WITH ME | MOTIVATORS

  • Coffee
  • Open Communication
  • Flexible Schedules
  • Artistic Freedom
  • Laid Back Work Environment

When I am given a project I put everything I have into it, no matter how big or small. Understanding that completing a task to meet deadlines might mean extra hours or redoing an entire design. Those roadblocks shouldn’t stop you from giving your best. I am detail driven but can quickly analyze priorities of a given project to meet deadlines.  I give my honest opinion and bring a thought process that attempts addresses all aspects of the project. I have a “can do” attitude and it is seldom I let my lack of knowledge stop me. I am incredibly well organized to a fault.

WORKING WITH ME | DETERRENTS

  • Negative Attitudes
  • Lack of Coffee
  • Unenlightened Thought
  • Technological Incompetency
  • Awkward Social Gatherings

Learning ones weaknesses can be a benefit to helping them reach their highest potential as a freelancer/employee. Work ethic is a powerful trait that only a small portion of my generation posses and I feel it can be intimidating instead of refreshing. I get frustrated easily with individuals around me who don’t have the urge to ask questions, find solutions and have the ability to be a problem solver. I believe my skills should speak for themselves. I have an incredibly low tolerance for drama in the workplace. I am stubborn. I love coffee too much.
